How to Use EasyFX
Thanks to EasyFX, EasyEquities investors can now transfer funds from any of their investment accounts into other currency accounts (ZAR, USD, AUD, GBP) on EasyEquities by following the steps in this lesson.
To initiate an EasyFX transaction, start by clicking the stack menu (3 little horizontal lines) next to the EasyEquities logo - note that you will only see this menu option if you are logged in to the site.
Navigate to the MyFunds section and select Inter-Account Transfers & EasyFX.
This will take you to the Inter-Account Transfers page, where you can select which accounts you wish to transact with.
Below that, another section will appear where you can enter the amount you wish to transfer.
The current exchange rate is applied to the transaction, and the exact amount will be calculated at the time of transfer.
In addition to this, the fees that will be charged to the source account are also displayed, presenting you with the final net amount that you will receive in your destination account.
Complete the transaction by accepting the T&Cs and hitting the Transfer Now button.
You will be redirected to the Transfer Funds screen, which will display a summary of your newly submitted transfer in addition to a history of previous transactions.
And that's it! You've just learned how to use EasyFX!
